Home Work

Work that is underway.

Three bodies of work we will put our name on. Counts and logos wait until there is a number or a mark we are allowed to print.

01 — Conferences and nonprofits

Altshuller Institute and TRIZCON 2026.

Societas is in the middle of digital modernization for the Altshuller Institute for TRIZ Studies and for TRIZCON 2026. The work is the unglamorous infrastructure of an international technical conference and the nonprofit that holds it: the public site, bilingual English and Spanish admissions, CRM registration surveys, and the e-commerce path people use to take part.

The standard is the same one on the web service. Pages in version control. A registration step that keeps the name and the email. Links on pricing and signup that go somewhere real. A human review before the public copy changes.

We are not publishing attendance, revenue, or a speed percentage. When the Institute wants a figure in public, it will be their figure. Until then the honest sentence is the one above: the modernization is ongoing, and those are the pieces.

02 — Mahoning Valley

Businesses and community initiatives here.

A second line of work is local. Fast, clean websites. Domain and DNS management so the organization, not a vanished vendor, holds the name. Digital operations: the forms, the headers, the small systems a business or a regional cause actually touches during the week.

We do not list those clients by name on this page. A name is a fact the client gets to release. The offer itself is public, and it starts from 1658 Roberts Ln NE in Warren for organizations in Youngstown, Warren, and the rest of the Valley. Write if that is the work you need.

03 — Inside Societas

Multi-agent operations, with a person at the gate.

The third body of work is our own. Societas runs internal operations as a set of agent workflows with a strict review gate and an audit log. Research and drafts can move quickly. An external message, and a merge to code, waits until a person has signed.

That system is how we work. It is also the pattern behind the practical AI service: one real workflow, a written limit on what it will not send, and a record of who approved the step that left the building. The field note explains the rule. The playbook is the checklist.

Careers

No open roles are posted.

When there is a job, it will be listed here, in Youngstown and Warren terms, with a real description. Writing us does not put you in a queue we pretend is a marketplace. If you still want a conversation about the work, send a note and say so.
